It is worth noting that Lambda Chi Alpha is only fraternity at UNO to have a Fraternity house, allowing for private sorority mixers; clean, affordable Housing; and other events.

The house is located a nice bike ride from campus and consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 singles and 2 doubles. The downstairs has been completely remodeled and has all brand-new appliances. With 3 full bathrooms, you should never have a problem getting ready for the day. Also, rent ranges from $250(double room) to $350(Single room) and all utilities and amenities are included with that price. The house is equipped with washer & dryer, dishwasher, wireless internet, and cable.
